Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SIVABALAN K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.245 of 2021, dated 07.01.2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that due to financial crisis, the petitioners could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
