ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who arrayed as an accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 436 IPC in Crime No.203/2015 and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused has set fire to the house of the defacto complainant causing loss to the tune of Rs.1,50,000/-.

3.The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner was implicated in this case only on suspicion and there is no materials on record for implicating him. It is further submitted that the Petitioner's name not found place in the First Information Report. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would vehemently opposed the grant of anticipatory bail.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Illayangudi and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction to the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
