Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 10.06.2019, 21.10.2019 and 28.09.2021 and to pass order to remove the names wrongly included in the U.D.R. in survey number 154/1 and to re-enter petitioner's name in the revenue records and to direct the third respondent to issue patta in favour of petitioner's name in survey number 154/1 for the extent of 0.84 cents within a prescribed time.

*********** This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 10.06.2019, 21.10.2019 and 28.09.2021 seeking for removal of certain names wrongly included 1/3

in the U.D.R. in survey number 154/1 and to re-enter petitioner's name in the revenue records and pass final orders within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.According to the petitioner in the patta certain names have been wrongly included after the UDR survey and therefore the petitioner has given the aforementioned representations seeking for removal of the names wrongly included and for inclusion of the petitioner's name in the revenue records. Since the said representations have not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3.Heard Mr.G.Irudayasamy, learned Counsel for the writ petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.The relief sought for by the petitioner is an innocuous one. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representations seeking for removal of certain names in the patta as referred to supra are considered on merits and in accordance with law after hearing all the necessary parties including the petitioner.

5.Accordingly, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 10.06.2019, 21.10.2019 and 28.09.2021 seeking for removal of the names wrongly included in the UDR in S.No.154/1 and to re-enter the petitioner's name in the revenue records and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law after hearing all the necessary parties including the petitioner within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
