Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.J.CHAKKARAVARTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.V.RAJARAJAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 24.03.2017 onwards.

2. Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
