The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the proceedings of the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.07/2019/A1, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.2846 of 2020 dated 03.10.2019.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that challenging the very same proceedings, one S.T.Krishnamoorthy filed W.P(MD)No.22820 of 2019. The said writ petition was disposed of by this Court, vide order dated 11.02.2020, wherein some directions were issued with regard to conduct of Kumbabishegam of T.Vadukapatti Arulmigu Peththanna Swami Temple, in Dhimmananallur Village, Dindigul District.

3. In view of the order passed in W.P(MD)No.22820 of 2019, dated 11.02.2020, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
