PRAYER IN CRL RC(MD) No.135 of 2019:

To call for the records of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithalai in C.M.P.No.4613 of 2018 in C.C.No.15 of 2016 dated 25.12.2018 and to set aside the same in so far as the Trial Court in declining the examination of the witnesses 1.K.Muruganantham 2.The Branch Manager, Lakshmivilas Bank 3.The General Manager, Unit-II, Thermal Power Station, Neiveli. Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.KARUNA, Advocate for the petitioner and of the Respondent not appeared either in person or by an Advocate, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 500 days in filing the restoration petition in Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C(MD)No.

135 of 2019 on the file of this Court. 2.Heard Mr.V.Karuna, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. No representation for the Respondent. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

CRL MP(MD) No.1269 of 2021 this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry), within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
