Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.KARUNA, Advocate for the petitioner and of the Respondent not appeared either in person or by an Advocate, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 500 days in filing the restoration petition in Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C(MD)No.

CRL MP(MD) No.1269 of 2021 this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry), within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
