ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to forbear the respondents 1 to 5 not to harassing the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by the respondents 7 and 8 at the instigation of the sixth respondent. 2.It is evident from the records that the petitioner had already filed a petition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.1077 of 2023, forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 therein, from harassing the petitioner, on the basis of the complaint given by the respondents 2 to 24 therein, claiming exorbitant interest and that this 2/5
Court, recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) who appeared for the respondent police therein, that no petition or complaint pending against the petitioner, disposed of the same. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR came to be registered in CSR.No.1011 of 2022 and the complaint given by the seventh respondent is pending in current paper and that both are pending for enquiry before the respondents 4 and 5. 4.Recording the said submission, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in respect of both the complaints and take necessary action in accordance with law.
