.. Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute and also not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry.

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute and also not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner he was called for enquiry and after conducting enquiry, the complaint given by the petitioner was closed on 07.06.2019. harassment at the hands of the respondents 2 and 3 as alleged by the petitioner.

3.Recording the aforesaid statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
