This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners and not to interfere in the civil dispute.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the petitioners were called for enquiry and after conducting enquiry, the complaint was closed on 11.06.2019.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the second respondent is directed not to harass the petitioners.
