PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, Calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 12.09.2019 in proceedings Ku.No.009383/452/MeePo/PoNiVa/Madurai/Uu.Ni.Aa/Ni.Uu2/ Koo.Ni/ 2019-2 of the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal, consequently direct the respondents to revise the basic pay of the petitioner on par with similarly placed employee within time frame and to settle all the dues of salary arrears and service benefits revised thereon. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed a writ petition challenging the re-fixation of the pay, however, subsequently, the petitioner's pay fixation was revised vide order, dated 30.03.2021 and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
