Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.ILAYARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.PETHU RAJESH, Advocate for the sole respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. The learned counsel for the respondent is also present.

It is submitted that the petitioner has deposited Rs.25,000/- as 50% of arrears of maintenance as per order dated 12.04.2017, proof of deposit is also filed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to withdraw the said amount by the respondent.
