ORDER
This petition is filed to direct the second respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.534 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent and file a final report within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.
2. The petitioner is the father of the defacto complainant herein. Based upon the complaint given by the defacto complainant, a case in Crime No.534 of 2019, was registered for the offence under Section 363 of IPC.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation was undertaken and during the course of investigation, it was found that the missing girl namely, Ajithasri, performed her marriage with one Selvendran on her own wish. They were also produced before the Division Bench of this Court in HCP.No.623 of 2019 and they were set at liberty finding that they are major. development, final report has been filed before the concerned Court as 'further action dropped' and RCS notice has also been served upon the defacto complainant.
4.Since final report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate Court, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition and the petition has become infructuous. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
