As directed by the order of the Court dated 17.04.2021 after cancelling the bail granted to the first respondent, he himself surrendered before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai on 13.05.2021, thereafter the Court below granted bail to the first respondent on 14.07.2021 and after completion of investigation the second respondent filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance in CC No.30 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai and it is pending trial.
