Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.AL.KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Governemnt Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned Governemnt Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 17.11.2016 onwards.

3. Taking note of the submission made by the learned Governemnt Advocate (Crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police, weekly once i.e, on every Monday at

10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
