Respondent/ Respondent in both CRPs COMMON PRAYER : These Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Family Court, Madurai to dispose the petition in M.C.Nos.725 and 126 of 2019 pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai District within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.C.M.Arumugam in both CRPs C O M M O N O R D E R These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed to direct the Family Court, Madurai to dispose the petitions in O.P.No.725 of 2019 and M.C.No.126 of 2019 pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai District within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2.Since the said O.P.No.725 of 2019 and M.C.No.126 of 2019 are pending from the year 2019, the learned Family Judge, Madurai, is directed to dispose of the said O.P.No.725 of 2019 and M.C.No.126 of 2019 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above direction, these Civil Revision Petitions are allowed. No costs.
