ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498(A) and 506(i) of I.P.C., r/w Section 4 of W.H.Act, in Crime No.17 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Undisputedly this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11527 of 2014 on 02.07.2014 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however the petitioner did not furnish sureties.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequently the petitioner was implicated in another case and therefore, he was not able to furnish the surety in time and hence, the present petition is filed.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

5.In view of the above, this Court already dismissed the similar applications holding that the second application for the same crime number is not maintainable. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
