RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition in Crl.M.P.No.576 of 2018 dated 26.12.2018 by directing the petitioners to comply with such other condition as this Honourable Court.

ORDER: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.V.K.ARUNA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.576 of 2018, dated 26.12.2018 by the learned I Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioners are residing at Manapparai, they feel hardship to appear before the Mahila Court, Cuddalore every day. Hence, he prayed for modification of the said condition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.576 of 2018, dated 26.12.2018 by the learned I Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall stay at Madurai and report before the Anna Nagar Police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Station daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. Further, it is made clear that the petitioners should not leave Madurai City until further orders.
