Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.K.MANI, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly from 05.11.2016 onwards.

3. Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition already imposed on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners are

directed to report before the respondent police,weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
