ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, to dispose of the case in T.A.No.593 of 2007, within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.This Court, vide order, dated 06.02.2026, had directed the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, to send a year wise pendency report of the pending TA cases and in compliance of the same, the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, had sent a report vide proceedings in F.No.8-1/2026/Monthly report/DRT-MDU, dated 18.02.2026, annexing the breakup details with regard to the pendency of TA cases arising from the year 2007 to 2025. From the perusal of the same, it is seen that the total number of pending TA cases is 26 and the pendency of the TA cases in the year 2007 is 23.

3.Since the present case is of the year 2007, the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, is directed to dispose of the case in T.A.No.593 of 2007, on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 4.With the aforesaid directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
