Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VEERAPANDI P, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD)No.15227/22 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.19489 of 2022 dated 7.12.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankoil.

4. Considering the same, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before concerned Court on 15.02.2023 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the court.
