ORDER

The petitioners seek for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.1298 of 2023 dated 13.09.2023 on the file of the respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed in S.T.C.No. 8640 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruchirappalli.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if so advised.
