This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 01.02.2020 by way of holding an enquiry within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the representation given by the petitioner on 01.02.2020, enquiry was initiated by the third respondent in Current Paper No.G7/004875/257/2020 and the same was closed on 11.02.2020. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

4.Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
