Petitioner PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the order dated 29.11.2022 in I.A.No. 243 of 2022 in H.M.O.P.No.50 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Pudukottai District.

This petition has been filed to set aside set aside the order dated 29.11.2022 in I.A.No.243 of 2022 in H.M.O.P.No.50 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Pudukottai District.

2.The petitioner is aggrieved by the impugned order passed in E.P.No.243 of 2022 by the Family Court, Pudukottai, dated 29.11.2022. 3.By the aforesaid order, the Family Court, Pudukottai District, has directed the petitioner herein to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- per month towards interim maintenance to the respondent herein from the date of petition till the date of disposal. Further, directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards litigation expenses.

4.The specific case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is out of employee and lost his employment on account of the complaint given by the respondent. It is submitted that the respondent is working as a Manager in a Acupuncture Centre.

5.I have considered the argument advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

6.In my view, there is no case is made out to interfere with the order passed by the Family Court, Pudukottai District, in I.A.No.243 of 2022 in H.M.O.P.No.50 of 2022, dated 29.11.2022. Therefore, this Civil 2/4

Revision Petition is liable to be dismissed. However, directed the Family Court, Pudukottai District, to dispose H.M.O.P.No.50 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7.With the above direction, this civil revision petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
