This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.498 of 2022 dated 03.12.2022 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Peravurani, by way of e-filing, and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said final report, if so advised. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
