This Criminal Original petition has been filed by the petitioner, to withdraw the case in S.T.C.No.321 of 2015, from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nagercoil, (Fast Track Court No.I), Magistrate Level, Nagercoil and to transfer the same to any of the learned Judicial Magistrate Courts in Tirunelveli District, which is competent enough to deal with the matter. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
