2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it is only an agitation during the COVID-19 period, for which, the case has been registered as against the petitioner and others.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the case in Crime No.677 of 2020 has been closed as ''action dropped'' and he has also filed a report to that effect.
