ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is A1 in Crime No.119 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506(i) IPC on the file of the respondent Police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.09.2015. He seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused received Rs.1,94,000/- from the de facto complainant giving assurance of job employment in Canada. But, the accused failed to fulfill their obligation.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely roped in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that a case was registered based on the complaint of the de facto complainant and thereafter, about 18 similar complaints have been received by the respondent Police and the total amount involved is Rs.6 lakhs. It is further submitted that there is no bad antecedent attributed against the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
