O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's wife, namely, Gandhadevi, aged about 35 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the petitioner and the detenue appeared before this Court through Video Conferencing from the Public Prosecutor Office. On enquiry, the detenue would state that she is not willing to go with her husband, the petitioner herein and she was harassed by him.

H.C.P.(MD) No.298 of 2021 petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the competent Civil Court.
