The petitioner has made a representation only very recently in the instant month and without even giving reasonable time for the authority concerned to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner, the petitioner has needlessly approached this Court by invoking the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
