Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PALANIVELAYUTHAM.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the absence of the petitioner on 01.02.2022 before the Court below in pursuance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.8304 of 2019 in C.A (MD).No.443 of 2019.
2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition the absence of the petitioner on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.2333 of 2022 01.02.2022 before the Court below is condoned and also considering the fact that the appeal is of the year 2019 and there is no possibility to take up the appeal immediately for hearing, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 26.09.2019 in Crl.M.P(MD).No.8304 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD). No.443 of 2014 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the court concerned on the first working day of the month, once in three months at 10.30 am until further orders.
