The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner.

2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the representation, dated 12.02.2021, submitted by the petitioner was closed, since a Civil Suit in O.S.No.79 of 2021 is pending before the Principal District Munsif Court, Madurai and that the matter in dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent is purely civil in nature. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
