ORDER

This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.21628 of 2024, dated 09.12.2024, for executing the sureties.

2. Mr.S.Mani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that 1st petitioner was affected by viral fever and hence, the petitioners could not able to mobilize the funds. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties. 1/3

3. Heard Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the time is extended till 24.02.2025 to comply the order, dated 09.12.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.21628 of 2024.
