This civil revision petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned IV Additional District Judge, Madurai, to dispose of the I.A.No. 67 of 2020 in O.S.No.6 of 2017, within the time stipulated by this court. 1/3

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that I.A.No.69 of 2020 was filed seeking final decree, commissioner was appointed on 09.11.2021, for the past three years, it is kept pending without any progress. Even the commissioner report was not filed so far.

3.On that ground, there shall be a direction to the trial Court namely, the learned IV Additional District Judge, Madurai, to dispose of the I.A.No.67 of 2020 in O.S.No.6 of 2017 pending on his file within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by directing the commissioner to file his report immediately. 4.With the above said directions, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
