ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.R.SHANMUGANATHAN, Special Government Pleader for the petitioner and of MR.MOHAMED ATHEEF, Advocate for M/s.AJMAL ASSOCIATES on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 803 days in filing the above writ appeal.

Though the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent seriously objected, we have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition and we find that there are reasons explaining the delay. However, this Court is of the view that the delay could have been avoided. Hence, this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- to the credit of "Sidha Clinic" attached to this Bench within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
