ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.8, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147,420,465,467,471,341, 294(b) and 506(ii) of iPC, in Crime No.131 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused colluded together and created false documents by which A1 executed a settlement deed in favour of A2. A3 and A4 are the attesting witnesses. A5 created patta in favour of A6 and A7.

3. According to the petitioner, while he was working as a Village Administrative Officer, he was not responsible for issue of patta in question. After verification of documents only he was allowed to retire from service.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is also responsible for creation of forged patta, based on the certificate issued by the petitioner, with regard to possession certificate, patta was issued. He further submitted that the investigation of the case is pending.
