RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition totally imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.23303 of 2016 dated 07.03.2017 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.M.A.JINNAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e. On Monday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required, for interrogation.
