Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.KALIDOSS, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.V.RAJARAJAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court granted bail to the petitioner on 30.09.2016, on condition that he should appear before the concerned Court daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. Thereafter, the petitioner filed a petition in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.10576 of 2016 for relaxation. This Court, by an order dated 14.11.2016, relaxed the condition imposed on the petitioner and directed the petitioner to report before the trial Court regularly on all hearings without fail. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that due to the above said condition, he could not attend his daily work and the whole family depends upon the source of income of the petitioner. Hence, he seeks modification of the above said condition.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).
3. No merit in the prayer, hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.10576 of 2016, dated 14.11.2016.
