ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this contempt petition alleging that the respondent has not complied with the order of this Court, dated 12.03.2019, passed in W.P.(MD).No.5576 of 2019. In the said order, this Court had directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.01.2019 within a stipulated time.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 12.03.2019 has been complied with and nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
