PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to to direct the 2nd respondent police to not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the pretend of petition and enquiry pertaining to the civil dispute in O.S.No.78 of 2019 pending on the file of the District Munsif, Virudhunagar, in the nature and circumstances of the case.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 2nd respondent police to not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the pretext of petition and enquiry pertaining to the civil dispute in O.S.No.78 of 2019 pending on the file of the District Munsif, Virudhunagar in the nature

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the third respondent enquiry has been initiated in CSR No.35 of 2020. He would submit that in the complaint, the third respondent has stated that the petitioner has cheated an amount of Rs.8,25,000/- and the respondent had called him for enquiry and they have not harassed him and not interfered in the civil dispute in O.S.No.78 of 2019 pending on the file of the District Munsif, Virudhunagar.
