Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 31.01.2022, under the criminal law by conducting an effective investigation in the light of judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of ''Lalita Kumari Vs.Government of Uttar Pradesh'' reported in AIR 2014 (SC) 187 as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court. The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Madamus, seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to take action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 31.01.2022. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he lodged complaint before the second respondent and it is still pending. 3.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
4.The second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
