ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the first respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 26.01.2023 as against the respondent Nos.2 & 3 and consequently direct the first respondent to conduct a peace committee meeting to change the name of the village as Melakrishnanpudur instead of Pallathoor Village. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.It is seen that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 2 and 3 in respect of conducting festival for Arulmighu Kalaswamy Temple, Pallathur. The petitioner is also disputing the place of Temple where it is coming under the jurisdiction of Melakrishnapuram or Pallathur Village. The Temple is a private Temple. Therefore, the dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 2 and 3 is civil in nature. The petitioner ought to have approached the civil Court for the appropriate relief. In view of the above, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be 2/4
considered and the Writ Petition itself is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
