ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent on 03.11.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the de facto complainant, they conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as civil dispute. During the enquiry they have not harassed the petitioner.

3. Recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondents, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
