Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of M/S S.PRABHA, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents in both the petitions the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner has paid cost imposed by this Court and he filed cost memo also and thereafter also, he is complying the condition regularly from 19.04.2017 till date. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the same, the condition already imposed against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
