ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.223 of 2011 on the file of the respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.223 of 2011 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Boothapandi, Kanyakumari District on 30.08.2011 and it is pending for taking cognizance.
3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
