Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, or order or direction in the nature of writ, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to regularize the petitioners service, by absorbing the petitioner into a regular vacancy, based on the proposal dated 26.10.2013 submitted by the 2nd respondent to the 1st respondent for absorption of drivers and on other grounds.
