Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to order regularisations of the service of petitioners on the basis of the proposal submitted by the 2nd respondent to the 1st respondent for absorption of the petitioners. Prayer in WP(MD). 9602/ 2019 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, or order or direction in the nature of writ, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to regularize the petitioners service, by absorbing the petitioner into a regular vacancy, based on the proposal dated 26.10.2013 submitted by the 2nd respondent to the 1st respondent for absorption of drivers and on other grounds. (In all the Contempt Petitions) For Petitioner : Mr.C.Kishore For Respondents : Mr.M.Rajarajan Government Advocate COMMON ORDER Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the orders passed in W.P(MD).Nos.4162 of 2019 and 9602 of 2019, dated 22.03.2019 and 23.04.2019 respectively, have been complied with and he has produced G.O.(Ms).No.69, Health and Family Welfare (AB1) Department, dated 25.02.2020 to that effect. 2/3
