ORDER
The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime Nos.153 and 194 of 2018 registered on the file of the third respondent. Notwithstanding with such registration of the FIR, persons named in her complaints dated 25.02.2019 have once again committed certain criminal acts. This Court therefore directs the third respondent to hold an enquiry in the matter and if at the end of the enquiry prima facie case is made out, further action shall be taken in accordance with law.
