RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in the order dated 25.01.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.581 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.NO. 52 of 2017 in respect of the para 6 (iii) pending disposal of the Criminal Revision Case Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.A.EBENEZER, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.ANGUSAMY, on behalf of the sole Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is present.

2. Perusal of the record would show that the petitioner was directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, once in a week ie., on every Monday 10.30 a.m., until further orders, as per the orders of this Court, dated 25.01.2017 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.581 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.52 of 2017. The present petition is filed to modify the above said condition.

3. This Court vide order, dated 19.04.2017, called for a Report from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, regarding compliance by the petitioner, as per order, dated 25.01.2017.

4. Accordingly, a Report, dated 26.04.2017, has been received from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, in which it is stated that the petitioner is appearing before the concerned Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., from 27.02.2017 till 26.04.2017, without any deviation.

5. The reason for modification is also perused and considered. Crl.R.C.(MD)No.52 of 2017 is still pending before this Court.
