O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the land in Survey Nos. 285/19, 285/22 and 290/1 situated at Arasakulam Village and Group, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. According to the petitioner, she has given a representation dated 04.12.2023 to the first respondent seeking to survey the land in Survey Nos.285/19, 285/22 and 290/1 situated at Arasakulam Village and Group, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District. However, no action has been taken by the first respondent till date. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2/4

Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2023 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity to the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
