ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is A1 in Crime No.180 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Section 398 IPC on the file of the respondent Police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.09.2015 in pursuance of non bailable warrant issued on 19.11.2014. He seeks bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending investigation, the petitioner was arrested and released on bail and thereafter, due to ill-health, he could not appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi and hence, non bailable warrant has been issued on 19.11.2014. The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner will appear before the Trial Court in all future hearing without fail.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the respondent has completed the investigation and filed charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate and the same was taken on file in PRC.No.26 of 2014. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no bad antecedent. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court in all future hearing without fail.
