2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition No.(iii) in Cr.M.P.(MD).Nos.8161 and 8518 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024 as "the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District, daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of one month from 10.03.2025 to 09.04.2025. The other conditions shall stand hold good.
